Locanam started its journey as a 3D printing and prototyping service provider in February 2022, helping businesses accelerate product development and reduce the limitations of traditional manufacturing. Our first mission was simple: make innovation faster, more cost-effective, and accessible by leveraging advanced 3D printing technologies.
We began by offering comprehensive 3D printing services in FDM, SLA, SLS, DMLS, MJF, and DLP, along with CAD/CAM design assistance, to support our clients from concept to final prototype. By doing so, we empowered companies to reduce prototyping costs, shorten lead times, and innovate at scale.
Our Transformation – From Service Provider to Manufacturer
As we worked closely with our clients, we recognized a growing need in the market: industrial-grade 3D printing machines that were affordable, reliable, and tailored for production environments. This insight drove our transition from being just a service provider to becoming a manufacturer of advanced SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) machines.
Our expertise in using and understanding the challenges of 3D printing technologies gave us a unique advantage. We designed and engineered our SLS machines to solve real-world problems—from material handling and thermal management to automation and precision control—making them ideal for prototyping, small-batch production, and even large-scale manufacturing.
